Being in the carpet cleaning industry I am continually looking for better ways to improve the life of my equipment, use less chemicals and make those chemicals work safer, better, with little or no effect on the environment. And, most importantly, continuing to give customer satisfaction.

In the past, due to the hard Adelaide water, I have had to carry bulky water softeners on board taking up precious space. If I were not to do this I would use more chemicals due to the fact that the chemicals have to work on the water first before the carpet. Other problems I would have are equipment wear and tear, jets blocking, scale build up on the equipment etc.

Since switching over to your Hydrosmart system I have had no blocking of jets, have had a remarkable reduction in chemicals and the products I clean definitely appear to clean up a lot easier and better. With all of these working well the carpets and upholstery are left with a softer feel and a much cleaner look. Also due to the size of your system I have saved a huge area on board the van.

With these results I am more than happy to recommend you guys to anyone who has a hard water problem, or those who want to do that little bit extra to get a better result.
