Dear Henry

Greetings once again From Grand Hyatt Bali.

Please find attached a copy of my Cooling Tower results, as we are pleased to date of the results of your system, however we would like to see what the actual internal condition of the Pipeworks and Condenser Tubes at the completion of these trails.

Probably the largest visual change that I have noticed over the past month is the externally visible grit that was baked on after twelve years of operation, appears to be turning into a dark blackish/ green paste compound. With a very easy action the Plant Operators are able to remove the grit from the louvers.

Secondly, the residue that is commonly found at the bottom of the basin, appears to be easier to remove by the Plant Operators as they have made numerous comments regarding this issue.

Finally, it is possible to feel the years of accumulated grit in the bottom of the infill, as each time the Plant Operators rinses the surface clean, and then within days after the service, the grit has re accumulated again, only to fall to the basin to be flushed by the next service.

I will continue the tests, and in closing apologies for the readings as the non related problems associated with the Chiller have caused some irregularities within the readings.

Take Care and looking forward to catching up with you again upon your arrival.
