Regarding our Hydrosmart water conditioner. I wish to thank you for introducing us to this great piece of technology. To anyone who is thinking of buying one, don't think. Just buy one. Our water supply is pumped from a disused mine. So it is extremely hard. Guest soap doesn't lather and shampoo is a joke, and that is only a minor expense to our business. Blocked pipes, poor water pressure and replacement of hot water elements are our major concern.

We have found since installing Hydrosmart that we can now use soap and shampoo, and the main problems of hot water services and stainless steel and tiled areas are descaling, and therefor more easily maintained. Our water pressure has increased dramatically.

Of Course it has caused some problems. Descaling of the water pipes has caused blockages in the pipes and toilet cisterns resulting in extra maintenance, but this is only a minor inconvenience to us as the end result is our only concern.

Finally, we have no hesitation in recommending your product and will be willing to discuss this with any person wishing to install a Hydosmart water conditioner.
