Installed Hydrosmart System in November 2006
The ground water of Koh Samui which is supplied to Hotels has a high hardness and high amount of calcium carbonate. Before installing the Hydrosmart System, the ground of our seaside pool and garden pool was full with black marks and the shower heads in the rooms were lime scaled.

  

After the installation of Hydrosmart in November 2006, the marks went off in a very short time and after renewing the water in both pools, the view was completely clear. Since using this system, we could reduce the use of chemicals (chlorine) for cleaning to a minimum, which is recognized and highly appreciated by our guests. Many of the guests highly praise the quality of our tap water as well as our pool water.

  

In May 2008, we had a check up by John Johnson of Hydrosmart. and no changes had to be done regarding the frequencies. We had to move away an A/C which was too closed to the water pipe and we are changing electric and water pipes in the kitchen to further optimize the quality of water in this area.
