Dear Paul

I was checking the Hydrosmart system this year and thought I would let you know how things are traveling. It has now been four years since installing the unit and I've seen some great results these past years.

I noticed that I use less water since having the Hydrosmart on and as a result of supplying better water to my vineyard, I see several good results such as having no leaf burn, a more balanced canopy and a good result with the sugar levels.

After flowering I had taken a petiole test to see the nutrient levels and was surprised to see the sodium level had fallen from a high reading two years ago down to low this year, which as you know was most surprising given the past outcomes, I look forward to comparing them to next seasons.

I am most delighted in the dripper systems condition which I originally bought the unit for, it has kept the system clean these last years with no calcium buildup in my pipes, gates valves, filters and drippers. I must tell you Paul that I have had no blockages since installing the unit. This is saved me both money, time and labour and I am very happy with the unit.

I would like you to visit the vineyard at some stage to check the system and see the results on both the drippers and the water quality.
