Re: Hydrosmart Unit

In march 2002 I had a Hydrosmart fitted to my bore.

The reason was I had problems with leaf burn on plants also could not grow some vegetables e.g. salt intolerant beans and peas.

Rust was another problem that the Hydrosmart has overcome, it cleared the rust from the lines in one day.

Up to now I have been using overhead sprays and the plants show no signs of any leaf burn and the broad beans are looking good, I still get occasional rust discolouration.

Will keep you in touch through the summer as the water usage goes up and more vegetables are planted and I will be able to continue watering with the overhead sprays.
